Negru 2017 - Limited

NEGRU DE PURCARI: Château Purcari puts Moldova on the world wine map with this famous fine cuvée, which has been ordered by the royals of Europe for years. A complex wine, elegant and approachable, already ripe for immediate enjoyment while the rest of the wine box reaches its peak in the cellar. We assume a shelf life of up to 30 years.

Markus Del Monego – Master of Wine & World Champion Sommelier describes the Negru 2016 in Tastingbook.com with the following words:

Dark purple-red with a violet hue and a black core. Aromatic nose with pronounced fruits, dark plums, black cherries, black currant jam, blackberries, sweet elderberries, fine roasted aroma, vanilla and mild spices. Well structured on the palate with good depth, ripe tannins, well balanced fruits and mild spices. A wine with very good length and depth.
